3. Eligibility
- Clients must be 18 years or older to book treatments without parental/guardian consent.
- Minors require a parent/guardian to provide written consent.
- BSC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may be at risk or unsuitable for a treatment.
4. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in-clinic.
- A valid email and phone number are required for booking confirmation.
- BSC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Booking confirmation does not constitute medical advice. Initial consultation may determine suitability.
5. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Payment methods: Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer, Online Payment.
- Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.
- All fees are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation:
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur 100% charge of the booking cost.
Refunds:
- No refunds are available once treatment has commenced.
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of BSC.
7. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose full medical history before treatment, including allergies, skin conditions, medications, or prior procedures.
- BSC practitioners assess each client individually; treatments may be modified or declined if deemed unsafe.
- Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by BSC. Failure to do so may affect results and liability.
8. Risks and Disclaimer
- Results of treatments may vary depending on age, health, lifestyle, and individual response.
- BSC provides treatments for physical and/or psychological indications only after assessment.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes; all procedures are subject to professional judgment.
- BSC is not liable for adverse reactions caused by failure to follow advice or undisclosed medical conditions.
